WHO WE ARE
Bracon Project Management provides both Project Management services as well as General Contracting Services. Bracon is focused on partnering with our clients to deliver projects in a way that gives clients the comfort and confidence that their project is as important to Bracon as it is to them. We help our clients complete their vision of what their space should be. We work together with our clients, designers, and our subcontractor partners to deliver a high-quality space every time. Our goal is for our clients to have an outstanding experience throughout the entire construction process.
1996 . GRADUATED FROM MINNESOTA STATE UNIVERSITY MOORHEAD
Bachelor of Science Degree Construction Management.
1996 – 2006 . GREINER CONSTRUCTION INC.
Project Manager/Senior Project Manager. Estimated and managed construction projects ranging from maintenance projects up to multi-million dollar construction projects.
2006 – 2014 . CARLSON REAL ESTATE COMPANY
Project Manager. Managed all construction projects for Carlson Real Estate Company from Tenant Improvement projects to large capital renovation and repositions of buildings.
2015 . BRACON PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Bracon was founded based on the core values of teamwork, integrity and commitment. Bracon provides construction management and general contracting services.

Construction Management Services
- Establish an “Overall” project budget
- Work with tenant/owner and architect to prepare construction budget
- Coordinate procurement of all necessary permits and approvals
- Project Schedule – Develop a comprehensive schedule and phasing plan
- Manage the bidding process and work with the owners to select the contractor(s)
- Establish/confirm the “Overall” project budget
- Value Engineering
- Review and verify proper insurance requirement by all contractors
- Prepare schedule of values for payment schedules
- Manage and coordinate the construction schedule daily
- Attend construction meetings
- Assist with the coordination of FF&E
- Issue any project changes
- Review and approve monthly pay applications
- Complete final punch-list walk-thru
- Complete project close-out documents
- Obtain all necessary Lien Waivers
- Collect as-built documents
General Contracting Services
Bracon Project Management is also a full service general contractor who specializes in interior office and warehouse renovations. We our focused on the smaller tenant improvement projects and bringing those smaller projects the attention that all projects need. We currently are working with a pre-qualified group of subcontractors that have years of experience and are specialized in the tenant improvement market.
